Jarvis AI – Terms & Conditions

1. Software License
This agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Jarvis AI Voice Assistant software. You may install and use Jarvis on the number of devices specified in your purchase plan. The software is licensed, not sold, and remains the property of Clyro Tech Solutions.
2. Software Usage Responsibility
As a Jarvis user, you are responsible for:
- •Using the software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- •Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your installation credentials.
- •Not using Jarvis for illegal activities, hacking, or unauthorized system access.
- •Ensuring that your system meets the minimum hardware and software requirements.
3. AI Automation Limitations
Please note the following limitations of Jarvis AI automation:
- •Jarvis is an AI assistant and may not be 100% accurate in all scenarios or complex tasks.
- •Some applications or websites may not be compatible with Jarvis automation features.
- •Voice recognition accuracy depends on audio quality and environmental factors.
- •AI responses are generated based on training data and may have limitations or biases.
- •Clyro Tech Solutions is not liable for errors in automation or unexpected software behavior.
4. Privacy & Camera Usage Consent
Jarvis includes camera and screen monitoring features. By using these features, you consent to:
- •Jarvis accessing your camera for security monitoring and object recognition.
- •Screen capture and analysis for automating tasks on websites and applications.
- •Audio recording for voice command processing (recordings are not stored permanently).
- •You can disable camera and audio features at any time in the Jarvis settings.
- •Your privacy data is encrypted and not shared with third parties unless required by law.
5. Feature Updates & Version Differences
Understanding Jarvis versions and updates:
- •Jarvis is available in multiple versions (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) with different features.
- •Free updates are provided for bug fixes and minor feature improvements.
- •Major version upgrades may require additional purchase or subscription renewal.
- •Feature availability depends on your purchased version and subscription status.
- •Clyro Tech Solutions reserves the right to discontinue features with 30 days notice.
6. Refund & Support Scope
Refunds and support for Jarvis:
- •Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
- •Support includes technical assistance for installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
- •Premium support includes priority response and custom configuration assistance.
- •Support does not cover issues caused by system incompatibility or user error.
- •Refunds for personal versions are non-refundable after 30 days.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Jarvis AI is provided "as is" without warranty. Clyro Tech Solutions is not responsible for data loss, system damage, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of Jarvis. Always maintain backups of important data before using automation features.
